usb stroking after 10 minClosed

Hello,  

I am using hp laptop brought from india and using in algeria, when i am using mobile partner internet usb port intially woking up to 10 minutes , then it is stroking, not moving, in win 7, the same port i was checked ion different laptop it is working good, pl advise me 

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0

We appear to have a communication problem. The "USB port" is part of the laptop. What is it that is not working? And what do you mean when you say it is "stroking?"
