Hello,
Try this 1.
1)Right-click on your desktop ---> Select "Properties". "Display Properties"
window will be opened.
Now click on "Settings Tab" ----> Click on "Advanced" button --> Click on
"Adapter" tab ---> In "Monitor Settings" check the "Screen refresh rate" select
60 Hertz ----> Click on OK. Check the screen resolution and the color quality ( set
Highest 32 bit) also ---> Click on OK.
If your problem still exists, try step 2.
2) Try updating your graphics drivers.
If your problem still exists, try step 3.
3)Connect external monitor to your laptop and check the screen display.
Note :If you failed to get the display use proper combination keys(Try : Fn+F5)
to toggle between your laptop screen and the external monitor. If you are able
to get the display in the external monitor without any problem then may be
there is a problem with your laptop screen.
