Counting between 2 dates not including wkends

Hello,

I ma trying to count between 2 dates not including weekends i am trying to use =IF(OR(C17="",D17=""),"",NETWORKDAYS(C17,D17)-1)
C17 and D17 being the two dates
but it is not working the answer is wrong. Example of this

C17 is 19/07/10 and D17 is 23/07/10 the asnwer is coming up with 4 but the answer I want is 2 because it has 2 working days

can you help??

I Think From 19-07-2010 to 23-07-2010 the working days are 5.

because holidays are saturday & sunday.

19-07-2010 is on Monday
20-07-2010 is on Tuesday
21-07-2010 is on Wednesday
22-07-2010 is on Thursday
23-07-2010 is on Friday
Means All Are Working Day

Sorry I meant August 19/08/10 not july!? this is giving me a headache!?

Means From 19-08-2010 to 23-08-2010.

Your Answer Should Be 3

19-08-2010 is on Thursday (Means Working Day)
20-08-2010 is on Friday (Means Working Day)
21-08-2010 is on Saturday (Means Holiday)
22-08-2010 Is on Sunday (Means Holiday)
23-08-2010 Is on Monday (Means Working Day)

Means Your Answer Should Be 3 Right.........
