Computer will not boot up

Hello, when i start my computer it starts to boot up then it says windows did not start succesfully a recent hardware or soft ware update might have caused this. but it will not start in safe mode,or last known good configuriation, or normal start up.how can i over come this problem? i have no back up disk.
