Computer will not boot up

Hello, when i start my computer it starts to boot up then it says windows did not start succesfully a recent hardware or soft ware update might have caused this. but it will not start in safe mode,or last known good configuriation, or normal start up.how can i over come this problem? i have no back up disk.

Dear Sir,

Please confirm whether the matter is not sourcing from any faulty hardware such as the RAM slot, graphic card, motherboard or power supplying unit.
