Having problem opening windows live messenger

Hello,
im having problem with windows live messenger, whenever im opening it, its opening a small window and saying that a problem have cause the programme to stop working correctly, and windows will close the programme and will notify you if a solution is available,
so what should i do, my windows is 7 and im using Hp netbook 110/1101 and i was using windows live messenger in this before, but now, its causing this problem, please help it out

Please:
1. Remove Messenger again and insure to clean all of your cache.
2. Download, install and run this free and very efficient registry cleaner
https://www.eusing.com/free_registry_cleaner/registry_cleaner.htm
3. Reinstall Messenger
4. Give feedback

Hi thee,
Remove the actual version of messenger complete;y from system then reinstall new fresh one,have the help of zapmessenger to remove it or another uninstaller application,use this link for downloading:

thanks jaunglia, for ur help, but its not solved, i removed the windows live messenger completely and reinstalled it but its saying the same thing, that closing this programme, that problem cause to stop working correctly, and windows will close this programe and will notify you if the problem is solved,, now is there anything else i can do to bringm y messenger back,
