How to format nokia e63 through pc

Hello,

Is there any way to format nokia e63 through pc as the phone is not functioning properly due to virus and it's get switched off while using the phone.

Hi there,

You can format the device on pc provided you have the required hardware and software needed else get to a mobile phone repair center and have it fixed properly .
