My computer keeps on restarting.

Hi I’ve had an account for about a month.  I have just over 1000 followers and 43 videos.  None have more than a few hundred views, lots of the fist ones have very few.  
My first videos weren’t very engaging  - too long, “slow” etc.  The more recent ones seem to do a bit better.   I do travel videos with the hopes of building a big enough audience to do affiliate links.  
  Should I keep plodding along or would I be better off starting over?  If I should try again could I create another account with the same purpose or do I need to delete the old one?  Thanks for the help   www.tiktok.com/@my_travel_list

Recently, my Window XP Notebook keeps restarting. When I turn it on, before I can type my password to log into my account, the screen turns blue for a second and says : A fatal error has occured. Windows has been shut down to protect your files. Then, it restarts and repeats the entire process.

I tried going into Safe mode when Windows starts up but it still restarts and I can't log in. I have also tried Last Known Good Configuration, Safe mode with Networking, Safe mode with Command Prompt, Start Windows Normally and Reboot but it still does not work.

My computer keeps restarting every 5 seconds. Everything was normal the day before and now it keeps restarting.

I can get into bios and then it doesn't restart.

I have 2 OS: xubuntu and windows xp.

What can I do without loosing my data from the hard drive?

I already:

got into bios and stayed there without restarting problem

win installation disc - selected repair - didn't know what to do with command prompt - so I shut it down

since it didn't restart during those actions I would say it's not hardware problem or processor overheating

processor cooling fan ...

System automatically restarts again and again without any warning..Motherboard Gigabyte H61MDS2...I cleared the dust of processor and RAM.Even I applied Thermal paste to the processor same problem continues.All fans are working properly..Please suggest me.OS is Windows 7 ultimate.
