Problems with keyboard

Hello

Some of th keys on my acer aspire laptop don't work at all, others require hitting quite hard and the ] appears to be stuck down and appears randomly!

The non functioning keys are not all located in the same place and as far as i know, nothing has been spilled on the keyboard. Below is a representation of hat I gt if I press a the keys in order. Thank goodness I found the on screen keyboard!]]]]]]]]]]
