Java error with new Hotmail

Hello,

I receive error on page with IE 8 and Hotmail when I attempt to compose a message.
See error below.
Before you ask, yes I hae checked all security settings, cleared all temp files, and reinstalled Jave and verifited it worked. No luck. Hotmail works fine in Chrome, but I need it in IE because I use accessibility view and need it in Black and White.

P.S. Everything else at their site works 100%, just not composing a message.
