Hello,

I am learning how to use my SGH - E250 mobile phone and I need to some help to understand how to incorporate the multimedia message templates in my outgoing text messages.


I cannot find anything about it in the user's guide so can anyone help PLEASE??

Hi there,

You need to create new mms to be able to insert multimedia files to it,also need to activate the settings for it,contact your service provider for the manual activation settings and start sending multimedia messages.

Thank you for your trouble - but to be honest I don't understand your reply either.

BUT I now feel that there is a solution out there - so I will take a copy of your comment to my service provider with a lot more confidence than I had before
