Problems charging acer aspire one netbook

Hello,
Hi there,my daughter has an ACER ASPIRE ONE NETBOOK,but we are having real problems to charge it.Have bought new charger and battery pack.When i put in the new battery pack it worked fine whilst it used up the batteries power,and now nothing.When we put charger in,there are no lights coming on at all.any help would be appreciated.thanks keith

Dear Zanner,

The problem might be sourcing from its power supplying unit where there is an error upon overcharge of static electricity. Please consider sending to a Computer repair shop for confirming the matter.
