KEYBOARD AND MOUSE PROBLEM AFTER RESTART

SIR,


WHENEVER I Restarts(means AFTER installation of Software Or WAnTedLY by PRESSING RESTART BUTTON) MY COMPUTER THE KEYBOARD AND Mouse does not work it became idle.
the operating system Is Windows xp,

Hello,

I strongly suggest that with your control panel you uninstall both devices, then reboot and let Windows detect new hardware. That should solve the issue, if not reinstall the drivers.
