Acer laptop keyboard not working

Hello,
my acer laptop keyboard not working when im install the smart modem,and when i usud the battery while it plugged in,the number 5,7 and 9 not working i cant type thats number,please help me what should i do?

Dear Sir,

The problem should be coming from its circuit board and hence for getting it fixed, send it to a Repair Shop.
