I can't change the settings in BIOS

Hello,
My OS is corrupted. i want to format my pc and when i go to my bios settings .. i can see the "Advanced BIOS Features" and when i press enter on it "THEIR VALUES CANNOT BE CHANGED" nothing happens.... i want to change my first BOOT device to CD-ROM.... i could not change that..
please help me to solve this problem....

Hello,
Try this 1
Select the boot sequence option and click on Page UP/Page Down/+/- key to
change the boot sequence.
Note : You can find the instructions at the bottom or at right side in your BIOS
screen to modify it.
