Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.5.11
Server not found



Firefox can't find the server at www.microsoft.com.



    *   Check the address for typing errors such as
          ww.example.com instead of
          www.example.com

    *   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
          connection.

    *   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
          that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Dear Sir, 

It might be that the website is under maintenance issues too, you should try at a later time and if it is not accessible yet, contact their support team for proper help to get it solved.

I am having the same problem with the new firefox update!!  It is very annoying because I keep having to click on refresh every time the above problem that you mentioned happens.  Firefox needs to do something to fix this update.
