Auto run problem Closed

Question

Hello, 

I get a "no drive auto run" message when I start my computer.  What's more I am using an external cd drive (drive on my computer broken) through a USB port and it's not reading it or allowing me to upload any programs.  Any suggestion on what I can do to fix this problem?


Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.5.11

Dear Sir,

The problem might be coming from the particular USB port and hence you should try connecting it to another one. If it is yet not recognized, please consider getting to the Device Manager and have its drive updated.
