Hello,

My newly purchased Dell Inspiron freezes while loading windows. could some1 help me pls. Even when I try to reinstall the OS, when it gets to loading windows, it freezes again. could it be caused by my Vista 32 bit, pls help

Hi there,

Its your ram ,remove and clean it,you can also add more ram to system to speed it .
