Internet connection problems pc to the router

Hello,

I have a westell wireless router with a desktop connected via ethernet and a macbook connected wirelessly. When i am on my pc and go to internet explorer it takes a really long time to pull up my homepage, most of the time it doesnt pull it up at all and says '' Internet explorer cannot display the webpage ''. When my pc is connected to the router my laptop does the same thing. When I disconnect the pc from the router my laptop gets on the internet with no problems. Everything is fine untill I connect my pc to the router. Ive tried many things..... Please Help.
