How to re-install vista home premium

Hi, my hard drive got jammed and ruined on my laptop and I had to order a new one. Now my question is how do I re-install windows vista home premium OEM edition? I have no back up discs as my children lost them. Is there somewhere I can download the drivers? If now what do I have to do to get it back up and running again?

You might be able to order the disks from the laptop manufacturer. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a retail copy of your OS (or buy Windows 7 which is much better). Another option is to get a repair shop to reinstall Windows using their copy of the OEM disk and your key.
