Nokia 2730c not switching on w/battery

hello sir,
when i remove the battery of my phone to do internet with other sim.
then after sometime i insered the previous sim and the battery then i switched on my mobile but i found that this is not switching on with this batery. but it is just opening with other nokia batery but it is not working internally. sir please give me the solution of this

Dear Jyoti,

The battery should be out of charge or still damaged.

Hi there,

Its either wrongly inserted or the battery is dead,connect adapter to it let it take some power charge.
