Hello, I asked you for a new licience key so that I could reinstall my avast pro WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR AND HAVE SEVERAL MONTHS TO GO BEFORE IT EXPIRES but I lost everything from my computer when it had to be emptied prior to reinstallation. You have sent me a new key number but tell me that I HAVE BEEN CHARGED AGAIN ( £29.28).
Naturally I would like this money put back!

You should contact them informing that you were charged twice for the serial of your product.
