contact lost from phone memory of nokia3110cClosed

Hello, 
i just lost aLL my contacts from the phone memory of nokia 3110c.
and I have no idea how it happened. 
i just saw that contacts are empty after waking up this morning.

Is there any way to recover the contacts?



Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.8
