Hello,
Can anyone help - I installed an automatic update of Norton on my pc - and now it wont start - it switches on - and then I get an error message saying it may be due to recent installation - it then tries to start and then fails and then goes into a loop of trying to start and getting error message etc.
I have tried starting in safe mode - and the same thing happens.
Can anyone help? Cheers

Hello,
I can't promise a solution because it is Norton which has a way to make things difficult for everyone, I would not now touch with a 10 foot pole.
1. Have you tried to reach Norton support situated in India on their 800 line?
2. Can you boot in safe mode, taping on f8 as it boots? If you can, we are on the way to a solution...
However, no matter what, I would tell Symantec how poor their product is.
Regards
