software delete Closed

Hello, 

i am trying to download antivirus program and it tells me I need to delete a software program. It tells me the number but when I go to add and remove in control panel I do not have any numbers to refer to so how do I know what to delete?

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

Dear Lissa, 

Please indicate clearly which application is required to be deleted and which specific anti virus application you are trying to install for it could be a trojan too.
