Hello,
i have upgraded my bsnl broadband plan to 750 home plan(apeed-512kbps).but still my net connection is slow.downloadin speed is maximum59kbps.i have confirmed the plan to be 512kbps.pls help.i am using windows 7

Hello,

512Kbps is the bandwidth and the speed you are getting is correct.

Download speed = Bandwidth / 8 = 512/8 ==> 64 KB/sec.

So your download speed will vary nearer to 64 KB/sec and even sometimes

higher than 64KB/sec due to bursting.

You can try "Internet Download Manager" to increase your speed upto some

extend. Click on the below link.
