Can't Dowload because An Administrative Passw

Hello,



I Can Not Download Any Thing On My Computer Everytime It Ask For An Administrative Password Even Though I Don't Have An Administrative Account. My Computer Only Has 1 Standard User Nothing More Only One User...I Really Need To Download This But I Can't And It Won't Let Me...Help Please????

How many users are there on system?which os is installed on it and what is your account type?reply appropriately.
