Lost information on Excel after saving it

I have lost all my work that I have entered into Excel after saving it in Excel 97-2003 Workbook. How can I get the information back? I have Windows 2007.

Dear Sir,

If you actually saved it and lost the files, there should have been an error that occured and hence you will not be able to obtain the files again.
