Inspiron 8500 "windows starting... Closed

Question

Hello, 

I have a Dell Inspiron 8500 with Windows XP and when powering up it freezes at "windows is starting up..." Can anyone help?

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi there,

Remove the ram from system ,clean it then fit back in slot start system,this will fix the freezing issue.
