My windows 7 does not recognize windows xp

Hello,

my windows 7 does not recognize windows xp in the same network.
Kindly please help me for this...

I have to pc in my home.
In one pc there is Win Xp Installed and in other pc Win 7,
I have set the workgroup KIMIT with different Computer name to identify,
but It does not show the pc in networking...
