HELP I need to reset my apple macbook Closed

Hello,  

i lost my disk and forgot the admin password (on my apple mackbook) so please can you tell me how to change admin password without the disk? Also what is the 'apple key' and what is 'reboot' as I am dyslexic? Please help as I am really confused.
