Windows 7 switch back to xp install problem

Hello,

I have installed windows 7 and i want to switch back to windows XP.But I am not able to install it.All the time it gives a blue screen and says the harddrive might be curropted or there might be virus.This is being happening after the installation of windows 7.
I formatted the drive once even then the same problem


my bios version : glg3110h.86a.0004.2008.0318.2223

There are some procedures to be done before making os downgrade,get in bios and disable sata to ide,get the instructions on links below:

This link is not avalable in my compute"C: \Program Files\Intel\Intel Matrix Storage Manager\Driver" , drives are no supported my computer
