Just follow the following steps to install Lexmark z1420 printer without disc.
Open your Web browser.
Go to the download page for the Lexmark z1420 printer driver.
Click "Download Now." The Lexmark z1420 driver software install file will download to your computer. It is 9.35MB in size.
Double-click on the Lexmark z1420 driver file. Click "Extract." The driver for the Lexmark z1420 will now install on your computer. This will have the same effect as it would have if you would have installed the driver off of the CD-ROM that came with the printer.
