Format your pendrive with "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool".
Click on the below link and download it.

Try this 1.
Click on start --> Run --> type cmd and click on OK. Command prompt will be opened.
Here I assume your pendrive drive letter as G:
Enter this command
format /fs:FAT32 G:
Press enter and follow the instructions.
Note : Don't forget to replace the letter "G" with your pendrive drive letter.
