Disc Read Error Help

Hello,

I've been getting the Disc Read Error massage whenever I turn on my computer, but unlike most people, my computer does boot up when I press CTRL ALT DEL to restart it. Does this mean my hard drive is in danger of failing?

change the boot setting, change it to cd drive, it may help, if it is all ready cd drive then change to hard drive from bios
