Hi there,
Boot from your windows installation cd and select the second os available and then repair it,for the process you will get instructions from Faq for windows repair:

Hello,
If there is an entry missing in your boot.ini file then try this 1.
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(4)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect
If the problem still exits, repair your OS.
