cant get files from my 500gb hard drive Closed

Hello, im trying to get my saved files from my 500gb hard drive i use in my ps3. i have a exturnal hard drive but cant do anything with it because my lap top tell me to format it and if i do that im gona lose all my files. any help would be great as im losing the plot thanks



Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Dear Sir, 

There are definitely some corrupted materials on it and you will have to get it formatted in order to have it working properly. You will however lose the specific files.
