Hello,
S.M.A.R.T is designed to detect the upcoming failures in hardisk. Your harddisk
may work for several months, but some day it will fail. So, if its in warranty get
your harddisk replaced Or if you don't have a warranty, you can still use it until it
gets failed. But don't keep any important data in your harddisk. You can turn off
the S.M.A.R.T feature in the BIOS, but make sure you enable it later when you
connect your new harddisk.
Good Luck.
