Hello,
Try resetting your "Internet Explorer" settings.
Right-click on "Internet Explorer" icon ---> Properties ---> Click on "Advanced" tab
---> Click on "Reset" button.
If the problem still exists then click on the below link and download the file.
http://download.microsoft.com/download/9/8/E/98E41ACF-6AE6-40A4-AAB0-73C21998B7B6/MicrosoftFixit50267.msi
Double-click on that file and follow the instructions.
