No internet access

Hello,

Anyway to the point

A customer's computer has got no internet connection I've tried multiple things but non of them have worked (Restarting the router, restarting the computer) so basicly there is no internet connection on the computer at all the computer is connected via Ethernet cable also runs on windows XP

But the laptop has wifi and can connect to the internet take into account that the laptop is connected to the same router as the computer the laptop but its on windows vista I really don't know what's wrong with the computer
