how can i recover my laptop witout d cd givenClosed

Hello, 
       My laptop ha a problem n i sent it to fix..It's an "MSI" laptop..the person put dell features on it..n from then on it kept giving much more problems with the dell features..so i want to find out how can i restore my laptop back to msi with out the laptop cd's cuz i think some one threw them..can i get some help plzzzz..Its also windows vista

Hi there,

Without the disk to restore to factory default its impossible,you will have to order it online or use a windows installation cd and format the laptop and install all drivers manually,if you want to order recovery cd then use link below:
