Cant boot on cd after i reset the bios

Hello,
after i jump reset the bios i cant reboot on cd and if i click f1 and start normally it will show the windows xp logo ansd the screen go black . i want to set up new windows xp on my computer with my cd but how can i do it if i cant use the cd ? pls help been stuck with this for two weeks already

put the cd into drive and restart then press f10 or f11

then u ll have atleast 2 options one is hdd and other is disk,then press the option with disk on it.

this is like runtime booting
