Hello,

Try this 1.

1) Click on the below link and download the file.

http://download.microsoft.com/download/F/5/0/F5036E5B-A675-441F-AED9-57F9E1E9470F/MicrosoftFixit50199.msi

Double-click on it and follow the instructions.

2) Make sure that IP address and DNS server was set to obtain the address

automatically .

Click on Start --> Run --> type ncpa.cpl and click on OK.

Right click on your LAN icon if you are using wired network or right click on your

wireless network icon ---> Select "Properties" ---> scroll down and double

click on "Internet Protocol[TCP/IP]" . Make sure that

"Obtain IP address automatically" and "Obtain DNS server address automatically"

options are selected.

3) Click on Start --> Run --> type cmd and click on OK. Type this command.

ipconfig /all and press enter.

Make sure that IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway and DNS Servers

are having addresses.

4) Internet Explorer :

Right click on the "Internet Explorer" icon---->Click on "Properties"---> Click on

"Connections" tab-->Click on LAN settings button. In that window uncheck all the

options, if you notice any option selected.

Firefox :

In Firefox, Click on Tools-->Options--->Advanced--->Settings---> select "No

proxy" option and click on OK.

Note : If you are getting untitled page when you open firefox then

In Firefox, Click on Tools -->Options --> In "General" tab -->

"When Firefox starts :" => Select the option "Show my home page" from the

drop-down menu ---> In "Home Page:" type www.google.com or any website

url and click on OK.

5) Try resetting your "Internet Explorer" settings.

Right-click on "Internet Explorer" icon ---> Properties ---> Click on "Advanced" tab

---> Click on "Reset" button.

Good Luck.
