Hello,
I have an Acer Aspire ZG5 laptop. Recently (after I turned off the computer due to it being frozen), it won't start up. I turn it on and it says "sorry for the inconvenience but windows did not start successfully" and asks me to start Windows normally. I press enter, and then it takes me to the Windows page with the little loading bar underneath. The screen then goes black, the Acer loading page shows up, and the process starts all over again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, considering I'm not the best with computers.
