Language Change Windows 7 Closed

Question

Hello, I screwed up and bought a mini for use in France and yes it a French language o/s. Is there a way of changing it to English without upgrading to Ultimate. If I install Firefox as the o/s will it be English?

Hi there,

If you download and install english version of firefox definitely it will be english language,for changing windows language try with vistalizator for which you can download it on link below as well instructions:
