My keyboard is being goofy

Hello,

the other night i unplugged the usb or my wireless keyboard to plug in my printer. when i plugged the keyboard back in, it doesn't work properly. when you hit the delete key, for example, it types the letter Q, end is R, num lock is H, home is O etc.

i have tried unplugging it turning it off and back on. i have tried various ctrl/fcn keys, nothing seems to work. cant get into uninstall as it is admin and password protected-cant get to the osk from the start page 2 put in password.

HELP??
