You are a someone impatient. There is nobody on Kioskea who is assigned to immediatly answer your message, all are volunteers.
Anyhow, IPod's are fragile little things. Two things may have caused physical damage. IPod's are not waterproof, so when the water entered the Ipod, it short circuited. The second thing is when the IPod hit the ground some components got broken.
As you know, from this distance it is impossible to XRay your Pod.
The best thing is to take it to a technician for evaluation.
