If, You have a genuine window So you can Install MS(Microsoft security Essential) from www.microsoft.com.It is free of cost antivirus. Install the antivirus and scan the whole PC .The Antivirus detects the Virus and Delete Them

It is a Hardware Problem but I Think that Minimum 5% chances of these problem of Hardware
