Hello, 


today morning i wake up and i cannot log in my laptop the keys seemd not to be working at at all im using my mom pc to chat with my friends ive tried almost all what i got as suggestions from mates,any solutions from you guys?

Hello samuel,

To fix this issue try this:hard shutdown laptop taking out the battery, press on the power button for a few seconds then reseat back the battery will reset it.
