Problem with XboxLive connection thru modem.

Hello,

So for the longest time I've been trying to get good connection on my Xbox live through my Clear Modem. Even if it says I have 4 bars of connection on my modem it shows up as red on my Xbox live. Tonight was the worst though, I had CONSTANT lag, hard time connecting to games, lagging of the mic, and it was nearly impossibly connecting to a server. I would like calling the Clear Company the last thing I turn too. All help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

i would restart the modem but apart from that check with your internet service provider to check what kind of download speeds youre getting.
