Connection time out please HELP

Hello,
I have had issues for about two weeks trying to get my works website to load on my laptop. The server message says " err connection time out"

I've tried doing all the obvious and even using different connections. It works when I'm using the laptop at the office and at a friend's but not at my place. Please can anyone help I have to work from home.


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 87.0.4280.66

An ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error typically means there is something wrong with your local network connection. However, that's not always the case. A connection timed out error appears when your website is trying to do more than your server can manage.
